These buildings would not qualify as agritourism under 570.86(1), therefore would not qualify for the agricultural classification and the land underneath would be assessed at market value under F.S. 193.011
However, the portion of land being used for a bona fide commercial agricultural use appears to qualify for agricultural classification. We encourage you to apply.
