What is proper notification procedure to submit change of address?

Up to what date are the splits and combines from deeds reflected properly on-line?

Most of the requests for splits and combines from deeds are completed through requests or deed recordings dated through June of the current tax year. Those recorded in July are not complete for the Notice of Proposed Property Taxes which are mailed in August, but will be updated before the tax bills are mailed in November. Instructions and forms for submitting a split or combine may be found on our website at paoweb.martin.fl.us under “Forms and Applications.”
